Terms and conditions

Responsibility for all information published on www.briquerezidence.cz (hereinafter the “Website”) lies with Penta Real Estate, s.r.o., Company ID No.: 03590534, VAT ID No.: CZ03590534, with its registered office at Na Florenci 2139/2, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, a company registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 234453, as the operator of this Website (hereinafter the “Operator”).

The terms and conditions applicable to users of the Website are as follows (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”):

  • The Operator is the operator and owner of the Website www.briquerezidence.cz.
  • These Terms and Conditions have been issued by the Operator to inform the public about the use of the Website and the conditions governing such use.
  • Any interference with the content or technical aspects of the Website without the Operator’s consent is prohibited. Only the Operator is entitled to decide on any changes to the Website.
  • Access to certain information published on the Website may be conditional upon the user providing personal data. In such cases, the Operator processes such data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
  • All information and data published on this Website, including visualisations, are provided for informational purposes only.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be valid and effective as of the date of their publication. The publication date is 1 December 2025.

  • By completing and submitting the form, I am making a non-binding enquiry requesting further information about the subject of my enquiry. I am not making any pre-reservation or reservation of a selected residential unit, non-residential unit or family house. Requesting further information does not oblige me or any other person to enter into any contract, nor does it entitle me to demand the conclusion of any contract, in particular a reservation agreement, a future purchase agreement or a purchase agreement. I acknowledge and agree that a so-called pre-reservation (i.e. a non-binding reservation valid for five days) shall not be deemed validly made until the sales representative confirms in writing or by email that the pre-reservation has been made. A binding reservation requires an in-person meeting with the sales representative and the execution of a written reservation agreement.
