We offer a fair and simple 20/80 payment structure that reflects both our confidence in the project and our respect for your decision-making process.
- CZK 100,000 + VAT upon signing the reservation agreement
- 20% of the total purchase price upon signing the preliminary purchase agreement (including the reservation fee)
- Remaining 80% due only after the certificate of occupancy is issued
We believe this transparent, client-friendly approach gives you room to make a well-considered decision, whether you’re looking for a new home or a long-term investment.
FLET Is Also
Available to You
With our FLET service, you can easily secure a mortgage on the best possible terms, tailored to you:
- a wide range of mortgage products in partnership with all major banks
- exclusive interest rate discounts for project clients only
- favorable contract terms (e.g., an extended deadline for submitting the loan agreement)
- developer support in case of any issues with mortgage approval or disbursement
- free property appraisal
All FLET services are free of charge: consultation, document preparation, communication with the Land Registry and the bank, and oversight of the entire approval and disbursement process.
Please note that the FLET service is available only to clients who take out a mortgage through FLET.
