The architectural intent was to connect interior and exterior naturally. Ground-floor apartments therefore have green front gardens, the upper floors pleasant loggias, and the top floors generous terraces.
A well-thought-out design ensures maximum comfort every day. The apartment buildings include underground parking ready for EV charging and a private residents’ garden with key fob access, offering a safe space to relax.
