A Place for Your

Living for All the Senses
Some places have nothing to prove. Veleslavín is one of them. Here, where the history of Prague 6 quietly meets green space, BRIQUE is taking shape: a residential project where the bustle of the city gives way to a rhythm you set yourself.
The architecture by Schindler Seko Architects deliberately works with sensations we tend to miss in the daily rush. Aluminum facades reflect the shifting day, catching a different light in the morning than at sunset. Generous glazing connects the interiors with the surrounding nature. Out on the terrace, instead of traffic noise, you hear birdsong and breathe in air scented by rain.
Yet you stay closely connected to the city. The metro is just a 2-minute walk from BRIQUE, with schools and other everyday amenities nearby.
Close to the city, but never overwhelmed by it. You set the pace of your own home.

BRIQUE is designed with the future in mind. The central heat source runs on renewable energy and is ready for solar panels. Retention tanks collect rainwater, and green roofs help regulate building temperatures. The envelope of each building is designed with an emphasis on thermal insulation and energy-efficient technology. Homes that think ahead.
Every detail of the energy concept serves a single goal: minimizing consumption and maximizing comfort. Solar panels, heat recovery ventilation, energy-efficient systems. Technology that works quietly in the background of your life.
The townhouses are built to the Platinum Standard, with a focus on state-of-the-art technology and fittings: a Loxone smart home system and readiness for a private elevator, a wellness area, or a home gym. The apartment buildings offer the Premium Standard with selected Platinum features. Distinctive architecture, an enclosed residents’ garden, and outdoor space for every apartment in the form of a front garden, loggia, or terrace.
Here, nature is an integral part of the address. Just walk through the gate, and a little farther on, the calm of the chateau park opens up. A few steps from home, Divoká Šárka awaits with its hidden valleys, the Džbán Reservoir, and forests that clear both the air and the mind.
Prague 6 has long been the city’s most sought-after address, and not just for families. Its concentration of prestigious private schools, from preschools to universities, is unmatched anywhere in Prague. Education at every level, within walking distance. A neighborhood that gives children more than just a place to grow up.

Rovnováha mezi
městem a přírodou
Veleslavín has held on to its character through the years. A neighborhood with medieval roots, villas, and a chateau park, yet still part of a vibrant capital. Close enough to the center to have everything within reach. Far enough away that peace and quiet come naturally. Veleslavín links the historic districts of Dejvice and Bubeneč with the quieter residential area along Kladenská Street. A world of its own in the middle of the city—and BRIQUE is its newest addition.

Schindler Seko architekti
Prague-based studio Schindler Seko Architects, led by Jan Schindler and Ludvík Seko, is an international team of twenty professionals. For every commission, they look for a distinctive, original answer rooted in a strong concept, rationality, and respect for the site.
When designing BRIQUE, the architects began with a fundamental question: What defines the character of this place?
The answer became a dialogue between two materials under one architectural signature. While the precise aluminum grid of the apartment buildings references the site’s industrial past, the warm brick of the townhouses brings human scale, texture, and the warmth of home.

Penta Real Estate
Penta Real Estate is one of the key developers shaping today’s Prague. It is behind projects that have defined the face of the city, including Florentinum, Churchill, Victoria Palace, Masaryčka, Nová Waltrovka, Nuselský pivovar, and the upcoming Kulaťák in Dejvice. Its work combines architectural quality, functionality, and attention to detail, always with respect for the urban environment, public space, and the needs of the people who live there. Every project is the result of a long-term vision of developing Prague into a sustainable, vibrant, and inspiring city where business, work, life, and leisure come together in harmony.
